Patch causing frame-rate issues? (360)

After I downloaded the patch yesterday I noticed that the frame rate goes down much more frequently, even stopping completely for a few seconds. I didn't really have this problem before. My game was installed to my hard-drive, and after deleting it I cant see a difference. I've reinstalled it, but I have yet to play it.

Anyone else?
