Can you beat Skyrim?

First-time gamer here. Skyrim has made me a believer. I absolutely love it. But I'm afraid some day the game might just .. be over. And then I would go back to watching non-stop reruns of 30 Rock. What if I found out that there is a final level. And then I just start uncontrollably counting down levels until the game is over. Skyrim would be ruined!! So what I really want to know is, is this dream going to someday end? TL;DR: Is there a reason to go on after Skyrim?
