MOLLE Loadouts?

Was wondering if anyone had any advice for loadouts and gear. I've got a molle vest, but I want to get a pack mounted to the back so i can use it for camping and hiking. I can't find a pack made for mounting to molle vests so if anyone finds one it would be huge help.
