Help with marketing analysis on a banking institute.

Really simple question, guys. Not trying to involve this post in any aspect of corruption in banking or ows movement. But regarding products offered, I've been going back and forth on whether or not to classify stocks/bonds/mutual funds as a product..or a service. I lean towards a service, because its intangible. but can a product be intangible? What do you guys think, or better yet KNOW?
