Great Xmas present - Managing for a fucking dumbass!

So I worked at this awful restaurant over the summer, and I thought I'd give the two doushe managers there a nice christmas present. I want to put a Restaurant Managing for Dummies cover on a phonebook or something and drop it off at the restaurant. Of course Dummies would ideally be changed to "FOR A FUCKING DUMBASS!" - THat's where you come in! I'd offer something as a reward, you can choose, as long as it's in reason of course.
