Ookie Cookie, I seriously thought it was just made up until today. Anyone seen this in real life?? maybe NSFL?

I was reading through the news today and saw this article.

I've heard of Ookie Cookie, Ookie Cracker, or Crusty Cracker before but i never thought in a million years some one would ACTUALLY play this "game"

Anyone else ever see or hear of shit like this actually happening?
