I have an old Whitewater cooling block currently used on MSI K8n-Diamond Plus motherboard and opteron 165

any chance of reusing this for a new i5/i7 on gigabyte z68x-ud7-b3 motherboard?

where would i find a mounting kit or would some fabrication be needed?

I appreciate recommendations if a new block is absolutely needed.
