There might be something wrong with me game...

My brother-in-law and I both play Skyrim and the 360. He was playing earlier today and he used Unrelenting Force. I noticed that he said all three words. I don't know if this is normal. You see, my character only says two at a time. Either foos ro or foos dah. I know all three words. I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if this is normal or Skyrim doesn't like me.
