Trouble with Instant Queue selections on Xbox Live...

There are several streaming titles available that appear in the "New Arrivals: Movies" section, but are saying DVD Only. For example this movie shows up as Instant on the website, shows up in the New Movies section but gives me "DVD Only" when I scroll through the listings... PLUS, I've seen a good 75+ movies show up as Instant on the website, shows up in default categories on Xbox, but are saying "See Similar Titles... DVD Only".. I've signed out, signed back in, cleared my cache and even deactivated and reactivated it... WTH?
