Can't get it working. Care to help?

So I downloaded Visual Boy Advanced 1.8.0 and PkmnEmeraldRandomizer_v1.0.zip. Now what?

If I try to open the PkmnEmerald file in Visual Boy and I get, "No image found on zip file." followed by, "Unsupported file type.". Am I doing something wrong?
