Do we have a clear definition of NSFW?

So like many of you, I'm at the office getting paid to be on reddit (don't tell my boss). I'm viewing the kitty pictures and the chubby kid pictures because they don't say NSFW. Then I click on an image and it's something that shows more skin than what could be considered SFW. What if the prude down the hall walked by at that moment?

The problem is, usually NSFW images means I'm gonna see boobs or some guy's nasty junk (not that I want to). And I've noticed that for some threads the submitter is even questioning him/herself if it's SFW. So I think for these reasons, many people don't specify NSFW because what they are submitting isn't nudity.

Can we have another meme that fits this grey area of "maybe not safe for work?" Maybe MSFW for "maybe safe for work" or how about QFW for "questionable for work". Or maybe even something more general such as QV for "questionable viewing".
