Fulton Papaya?

Anyone know what happened to Fulton Papaya in BedStuy (Fulton & Nostrand)? It closed up a little while ago and just today I saw some new fast food/pizza joint open. My delicious $1 fries are now $2.25 and probably not as delicious. What happened???
