I stand outside waving a sign for 7 hours a day... How can I hold my sanity?

I started this job 2 months ago and the first 3 weeks I could pass the time easily listening to music, but then it wasn't entertaining me anymore. I switched to stand up comedy and the hours passed like nothing, it was great. I have now gone through all the comedians I like and a ton I never heard of but got anyways. My question is... what the hell can I do now? I need something to keep me sane whilst waving my big yellow arrow.

Edit: Quitting is NOT an option! It took my girlfriend with a great resume over a year to get a job in the area, I'm not taking any chances right now. I am looking for another job, but this one is income I can't afford to lose.
