I would like to know you all's thoughts on a fair price for my 3rd gen. (R.I.P.)

My 3rd gen has gotten to be too time consuming for me to keep up with. I am still in school and don't have the time, money, or talent to keep up with it. I am going to sell it, but I don't have a good idea, based on condition, what it may be worth. I have looked at bluebook estimates, but thought you guys could give some advise.

Its a '92 25th anniversary ed. Z-28, 350, white with red. I was it's 2nd owner (technically 3rd, it was in my parents name), but it does have some problems. I am pretty sure there is an exhaust leak into the ventilation (reason for not driving it and got a new car), and there is a suspension/alignment issue (not sure what it is). It still runs fine (as long as you don't hit a huge bump or mind carbon monoxide/gasoline vapors). Never wrecked.

What are you guy's thoughts? What is a fair price to ask?
