Liability waiver for buyers of a huge CRT TV?

I have one of those massive CRT TVs I'm trying to get rid of. I've posted it on Craigslist for free with the requirement that people move it themselves. Given that it is seriously heavy, I'm talking two dudes and trolly being the minimum requirements for moving the thing, where can I get a liability waver for them to sign, so I'm not on the hook in case they hurt themselves moving it?
