I want solutions not talking points, political bickering, or awareness.

It seems rather I'm listening to the republican presidential candidates or occupy protesters, everyone has a long list of things they want to change but no one ever says how we should fix the problems. So let's try something radical. Tell us something in this country that you think needs to be changed and exactly how you propose to accomplish that change. (public awareness, protesting, the 'other' party coming to their senses, and cultural change are NOT acceptable answers)

I will start.

The election process has been corrupted by the influence of money and by extension the influence of the people and organizations which donate that money. I propose that any person, business, or organization may donate as much money as they wish to the political process. All money donated to the political process is kept in one large fund which is divided evenly between all official political parties during any given election.
