My first leave, and it was Steams fault -.-

So I'm playing a game as Leshrac, first time as him, and I'm doing waaaay better than usual. Everything is going good, being a noob, I am really happy that I am starting to do even slightly better. Then everything goes wrong...

So the game starts to lag like crazy so I decide to Alt-tab, maybe my antivirus is scanning. Nope, Dota is downloading an update, so I tab back in, but the game crashes. At this point I'm really disappointed that I wont be able to see how the game turns out, but still try to reconnect. It takes 5min for the patch to actually download, and I know by this point the game has already said it's safe to leave, but I want to come back. The game starts up, and I'm presented with this message when I try to reconnect: "Your map version is different from the servers" ಠ_ಠ

I started at my screen for a good five minutes and then noticed I even got a leave... sad face
