I'm getting a house for the first time and am not sure if I'm getting scammed?

So I'm getting a house in portland, and have been corresponding with this dude about his house. Hear is our email correspondence. Should I send him the money?

TL;DR I'm renting a house for the first time from someone who moved to Africa for work, and they are asking for the security deposit to be sent and they will send the keys, reciept of payment, lease agreement, etc through the mail once the money arrives.
