What are the grounds for justifiable homicide AND pulling a weapon on someone? State: Mississippi.

Example: If I have a CCW permit and someone randomly walks up to me and starts shit, gets in my personal space and maybe pushes me (you know.. the typical tough guy punk stuff), do I have the right to pull my weapon on them and tell them to back off OR shoot them if they get physical?

How does one with a CCW deal with a punk that likes to chest rub and get up in your face? Also, are you able to hold them there with your weapon drawn on them to wait for the cops?
