Helping a friend(young mother college student) with bipolar

I have a friend who is diagnosed with bipolar and has been since around 14 but sadly has only recently started taking medicine.(she's 21 now) she had to stop taking it when she got pregnant, but not she's given birth and in college to become a nurse. I want to get her some kind of book relating to bipolar, so she could learn how to cope with the stress of bipolar/school/baby/boyfriend. Any suggestions?
