metal song with devil/man baby in a diaper

There is this metal song where the singer is the devil I guess. There is also a man baby wearing a diaper and a bonnet crying as he comes into the world I guess. There is a choir of women who do background vocals sometimes. In the beginning there is a man with dogs around him and a huge CGI church like building and the camera pans up and the guys face appears at the top and begins singing.

I feel like the name is ______ _______ orchestra/ensemble. I have no idea.

It isn't really TYPICAL metal.
