Ever breakup with someone you loved because of a "dealbreaker"?

I was wondering if anyone out there met essentially the perfect person but then discovered that one "dealbreaker," and ended it. For example, you met the perfect guy/girl, but s/he doesn't want kids and you really do, so you end it. Any stories? If so, how long had you been together by that point?
