1. We keep everything as-is, and the few good players we have left get out of town as fast as possible to join a team that has a chance at a superbowl.

2. We replace most of the coaching staff and become a good team again.

I know people like to blame the coaching staff because it's easy, but it's the problem. This team is unorganized and lacks any discipline or heart; it's the responsibility of the coaches to make sure those things are there. Discuss...
