Recommend a hobby desktop CNC machine that's cheap and decent? Also to cut some kind of metal.

I was looking at CNC machines and I notice they're getting very affordable. I saw Zentoolworks CNC kit, also the Fireball V90 seems to be a nice machine, cheap and with a large cutting area.

To me cheap is under $3,000 everything included except the computer and the cutting head.
