Redditors, for the love of all thing cats and bacon, please help me with Skype!

My best friend lives in Canada. I live in the US. She has a computer, a video camera and a Skype account.

I have a computer, and iPhone4 and a brand new Skype account. (Premium account so I can call Canada without extra charges). She has ordered me a camera for my computer, should be here next week (god love her drunken online ordering soul).

My #1 question: HOW the FUCK do I set up a mobile account on my iPhone??? I just paid for the Premium and see no way of linking the two together. I try to sync my computer (in iTunes) to it the phone and it's not working.

I would at least like to call her via Skype tonight (or ever)

Second Question: If I can actually get question #1 to happen, how in the holy hell do I actually place the call from my iPhone?

Third Question: How do I place a video call from my iPhone to her computer?

I feel so stupid and forever technologically alone.
