How does one man up to conservative parents that treat me like a young child?

I'm a 19 [f] who has an extremely over protective, clinically depressed, paranoid, constricting, naggy, going-through-menopause mother, and a father who agrees with everything she says to make her happy. I have two older brothers who do as they please, while I get bombarded by text messages and phone call by my mother when I go out, my curfew is usually 10pm, and my mom screams at me when I try to explain to her a few things. I don't cause problems, i go to a Cal State and have a job. How does one go about having an adult conversation with parents who treat their daughter like a five year old child?
