unsure if I should upgrade my GPU or CPU.

Build Upgrade

i use my pc for playing video games and have recently decided its time for an upgrade, my current set up and my plans for upgrading are :

16 Gb DDR3 RAM

1060 3Gb --> 3060 Ti (one available at a reasonable price)

i7-4770k --> Ryzen 5 5600x

Which upgrade would likely improve my setup for gaming more?
