Question for a DOCTOR or any other MEDICAL PROFFESIONAL...

I got some really weird thing going on on my upper chest. From what I can tell it's some kind of opening in my skin that lets out a small amount of puss once in a while. It's been there all of my life and I would LOVE to get rid of it. Can anyone tell me what the hell it is and how I get rid of it? Here are a couple images for you to check out;
