How do I choose the audio output device for Skyrim?

Is it even possible? My brother wants to watch a movie on Netflix using speakers and I want to play Skyrim using headphones at the same time. I have Realtek HD Audio Manager so I've been able to split the two audio outputs but I've no way to have Skyrim's audio come into my headphones. Can you help? :3
