I just don't know where else to go, TwoX. (Not Vagina/Boy/Hair/etc. related but I need to vent)

I guess I'm posting this here because you guys are just always great to anyone that needs it. I just really need to type this out because I can't get it off my mind.

I recently found a hard lump in my neck (near my left lymph node). It's not very large--I have to lean my head to the right and then feel my neck to feel it--but it's noticeable and will shift a little to the side if I push it. This isn't like normal lymph swelling, it doesn't hurt or anything and it's a very small concentrated lump. I would say it's a little bigger than a pencil eraser.

Has anyone had anything like this? I have pretty severe anxiety disorder and I've been horribly shaky the whole day. I scheduled an appointment for tomorrow to get it checked out but tonight's very hard to get through. I keep thinking this is the start of cancer and I just can't face that. I have my whole life ahead of me.

Tl;dr: I have a lump in my neck and I'm freaking. Just needed to write it down.
