Best unreasonable teacher stories?

Here's mine: My school is on a trimester system, meaning we just got our first finals of the year back. In class, the teacher said that he curved the trimester grades since the highest grade was a B. The B's would become A's he said. So I'm thinking with my C+, hey, B/B+ is not too shabby.

Wrong. Turns out he likes selectively curving. Pretty much everyone else (people above and below me) received the curve, but not me. When I talked to him about it all he could say was "don't think about it mathematically, its based on how I feel you're doing. Right now I feel that you're doing average work, so here's your average grade." After (politely) pressing more and more, he just became more and more defensive saying that it was completely fair. Am I wrong or is that complete BS?

Edit: apparently I didn't understand the concept of grading on a curve. He was describing more of a shift of all grades up. Most grades anyway...
