Passwords Management App?

I'm looking for recommendations on a passwords management app. I keep track of not only a lot of personal accounts but also client logins, ftp servers and such so the option to save additional information alongside the username and passwords are a must as well as robust sorting or folders. What would you guys suggest I get? I'm willing to pay but hopefully the best one isn't $10, or is it?! You tell me friends!
