How can I unlink my Google and Youtube accounts?

Or change/swap the gmail account over for another one... When Youtube first started linking accounts, I linked my primary email to my secondary youtube account, and my secondary email to my primary youtube account. I'd like to make it so that it's primary linked with primary and secondary linked with secondary... Is there anyway to do this, I'm sure Reddit will help!
