Teacher didn't show up for test...

Hey guys...

I had a test today and it was supposed to be administered by a proctor. The proctor did not show up. The entire class sat in the room for the designated time then left. Has anyone had this experience before? If they try to make us re-take the test do we have any actual rights to say no? Basically I am trying to find out if there is any precedent for this. Thanks
