DAE collect one certain item throughout the game?

Maybe this is a really common topic, sorry if everyone's already been over this + I'm just late to the party.

My friend + I were ranting about Skyrim and she mentioned that her boyfriend collects wheels of cheese in the game. I asked him "Why cheese?" and he said "Because I fucking love cheese!"

Anyways, is there one particular item that you guys collect in Skyrim? I collect skulls (I have 37 so far) + sweet rolls (14).
