Sanitizing muslin bag for dry hopping

So I'm about to do my first extract brew and it requires dry hopping. My question is this: After I sanitize the muslin bag before dry hopping, should I let the bag dry out before putting hops in it, or do i need to do it while the bag is still wet? I still haven't even done the boil yet, so I've got plenty of time on this, I just wanted to get some input now before it became time sensitive. Anyway, thanks ahead of time.
