need help finding a certain creepy gem

Hey guys, my friends tried to show me something scary, which was this:

http://comic.naver.com/webtoon/detail.nhn?titleId=350217&no=20&weekday=tue

Now, that's pretty scary. But I recall finding something on reddit that was much more horrifying. It was a japanese comic about a sick sexual deviant who photographed himself getting blown by a bunch of girls but then moves on to deformed girls, amputees, children, corpses, etc.

Can you please find this for me so I can REALLY creep them out? Thanks in advance!
