Saint's Row: The Third NAT problem

When I start Saint's Row: The Third for the PS3, a message that says something about my NAT not being set to "open" which may make it difficult to play multiplayer pops up then I just normally play single player.

I was hoping to try multiplayer after having played a good amount in single player, but no one seems to connect to me and also I can not join anyone either. On rare occasion did I play with someone briefly with the same settings I have now.

I have minimal router/networking knowledge and do have the port forwarding done. TCP: 80, 443, 5223 and UDP: 3478, 3479, 3658 are all set in my routers settings as well as a static IP. All of my other games work just fine in multiplayer.
