My weight loss plan

Hey Reddit, long time reader, first time poster. I am announcing to you, dear friends, that I intend to reach average weight before I finish high school. I am 16, and I live in Canada, yeah, the french part of it too (Just kidding, I love it here). I was born in Colorado and moved here when I was 4. Despite my weight, I do have a good group of friends that do encourage me and push me to lose it. And just to make sure I stick to this plan (for once), I will post my current weight, every day I work out, starting tomorrow (It's pretty late at night today) I plan, at the moment, to do 30 minutes of semi intense stationary biking followed by some weight lifting, and top it off by sit-ups, every day. I feel like that's something I can stick by

I know most of the reddit community is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so if you have any tips, I will be pleased to read them and take note of them. May it be helpful habits, exercise changes (I'm sure I could be doing more productive things)

My parents cook for four and can't really afford bio-foodstuffs, so I plan on finding my own ways to rearrange my meals, for example, a hamburger, I would take out the bread and just eat the meat, replace fries by vegetables.

As it is, I plan on listening to podcasts while I work out, Adam Carolla's podcast, to be specific. But I will change to music if it is actually better for you (Some say it is, others say it isn't)

Once again, thank you for any tips, suggestions, or support.
