Looking for a place to live around Bloomington . . .

Just got a job in Bloomington which starts on Dec 26. Relocating from Rochester. Need a place to live. Looking for something with a short term (3-4 month) lease, preferably furnished, on the cheap. Any ideas?

Edit: would also be fine with Eagan, Eden Prairie or other nearby 'burbs.
