[FR] Newbie. Give me some advice.

About me: I am 26 yo, good looking guy, very very muscular but a still shy and wanting to come over that. Always had girls, but after coming across this subreddit, I thought I could increase my game a ton and be more aggressive instead of waiting for girls to come to me. My previous game was basically fishing, going to bars and waiting to be approached. However, It seems you guys always have an answer why someone striked out. One thing I have learned from you guys is to grow a pair and put myself out there. Tonight I made it my goal to ASK for one girls number.

Tonight: My industry is 75% women and a good majority of men involved are gay. Tonight we had an industry get together (at a bar with a casino theme and a few free drinks) and I see this slim hispanic. She seems sweet and we start chatting it up at the craps table. I introduce myself and she has no idea how to play so I start to teach her; this gave me a great opportunity to really share an experience with her. She did show signs of attraction by touching my arm and back. Our convo stayed mainly on work related stuff and eventually fizzled out, she had to use the ladies room and left, but came back with another drink. We chatted for a few more minutes before she left.

An hour later, after talking with some co workers and flirting with a total dog (she was like a 4), I went to the bar to get another drink. I was waiting at the end which was apparently invisible to bar tenders, so I waited patiently and she came back to me. I told her to get the bar tenders attention because she is a girl blah blah. And we talked a lot more, but she started talking about her boyfriend. I know you guys never let this stand in your way of pursuit but I just didn't know how to approach it. We talked some more and she eventually walked away, but I couldn't summon the courage to ask her for her number. I was only there for 3 hours and said goodnight to her as I left. I felt so defeated tonight, but I know there will be more nights.
