December Meetup Scheming Thread

We're thinking cookie exchange at a large coffee house. Date may be Dec 17, to cater to the weekend-only crowd? Any other ideas you want to throw out there?

Edit: Date moved to Sunday, Dec 18, because we want Alexis brownies. Ok?

Location suggestions are appreciated! I was thinking Diesel in Davis Square because it has a big seating/mingling area in the back. Someone else suggested Pavement (I've never been, but it looks pretty swanky & spacious). Any other ideas?
