UBC: Accidentally, a rager
Hello UBC, I need help finding something to do with 40-60 or more drunk internationals (plus students and townies) in the worst case scenario that our accidental high-density (people/square foot) party is broken up by our Residence Advisors.
Backstory: our original location fell through, and we are now having these very excited international exchange students (my roommate is in that program) over on a non-exam period night (no early quiet hours). They do not take kindly to 19ish RA's telling them what to do, as they are for the most part 25-30 years old, and I've experienced the clashes they get into multiple times and we'd like to avoid that. Should the RA's catch wind, they will have everyone out by 12:30-1am, which is a bit of a kill-joy, and my question to you is:
What do we do with all these drunk people at that time? Any places or functions we can shift to?
Also, while we're here, any RA-dodging tips? Any stories of RA interactions I can glean information from to my advantage?
Well my edit cleared the whole post, oops.
PS, we live in a standard UBC Housing quad with maybe 800 square feet of usable space. I don't want to mention where we are because RAs can be redditors too. Same goes for the date, but I may have to give that out if anyone would like to come :)
