DIY Concept Challenge: Automobile Surveilance for under 100$

Build a fairly inexpensive audio/video recording device for a vehicle.

Able to begin recording immediately at the press of a button.

Fairly inconspicuous and clean looking.

Able to record audio within the automobile as well as outside the automobile within a ten foot range to the left, to the right, and to the front of the vehicle.

Record video frontwards of the vehicle, similar to a police dash

Design or develop a DIY version of this.

The challenge is not the project.

The challenge here is to do it as cheap as possible. Under 100$ bucks!

Or at least in the ballpark.
