Computer screen is all block, and I don't know why.

Here's an image taken with my phone. Print screen doesn't display problem. I doubt its my monitor because I currently have 2, and it shows up on both. Any help is greatly appreciated.

My hardware:

-AMD phenom II x4 810

-Gigabyte Radeon HD 6850 (bought about 2 weeks ago)

-Running Win7 Home Premium 64 bit

Monitor 1: Samsung, connected via DVI

Monitor 2: Dell, connected via VGA/DVI converter
