Transmission HELP

So I'm showing my little sister how to torrent movies and music and such using the latest version of Transmission oh her MacBook Pro and until she gets the hang of it i dont want her seeding anything quite yet. Does anyone know how to set up Transmission so that it doesnt seed during and/or after downloading?

Alternatively, does anyone know of any other torrent programs that allow you to prevent seeding entirely?
