My parents and Starcraft!
Just this year I became severely interested in SC2. I kinda suck at it so I watch a lot. Every tournament I am always watching and usually have the sound up. My parents will come by and be like 'your watching that game again?' and give me horrible looks. Being a girl, they always think I could do better, and you know, do 'girly' things. I've been trying to have them give SC2 a chance, but they won't. Whenever I see a funny day9 clip, I usually show my mom and she laughs, but right when he goes back to SC2 she asks to turn it down. FINALLY I have a break through. This past weekend my brother somehow got onto the subject of SC2 with my dad! My dad talked to me about it like 2 days ago and he said he is really interested in it! He said once I get my computer together he wants to try it! He used to play Age of Empires ALOT, so I hope he will like this!(I will not let him play multiplayer) but he said he likes playing against AI instead.
So please hope all goes well and he will understand my brother and I's passion!
