With so much negativity aimed at customer support on reddit, lets share some good experiences. Ill start
I started noticing a ticking sound when i was at my computer and assumed it was my hard drive. Contacted newegg, but it was past their RMA deadline so I was forced to contact Western Digital directly. I painlessly set up my RMA. I choose the option to leave a deposit and have 30 days to return the old HDD so you can transfer files. Before I got the drive I noticed the ticking was my mouse desk thing not the HDD, so i decided to just set the HDDs in raid. I ended up getting more than double the HDD space with the replacement. 650 Gb to 1.5Tb
Long story shot I RMAed a hard drive, and ended up with an extra 160 dollar drive for 70 bucks
