(idea)My suggestion for mad support

I have been using mods a lot and im not a modder just a user but every time i use a mod i have to get a mod loader do this do that not so much work as irritation.so im thinking make a database of mods on which a modders can enter stuff then upload their mod .This database will be connected to the minecraft client and we could search mods and input them instead of going through all the hassle.Seems very hard to implement but if it happens it will be awsome!!
