How can I remember dreams?

Hey Reddit, I had this dream that I can't really remember, but every time during the fall I have this weird feeling that i have seen this before. I don't really know how to explain it. Around this time of year the dream comes back in one form or another. Can someone explain why this happens and how i can control and remember this weird dream? Thanks :)
